1.Material:We process different materials of all kinds,including Aluminum¡¢Zinc or copper (alloy)all meeting ASTM, DIN, JIS, EN, ISO, GB standards
2.Aluminum die casting part, sand casting, die casting, gravity, high pressure die casting, low pressure die casting, casting foundry.
3.As per customer's drawings, we use Pro/E, Auto CAD,Solidwork,CAD/CAM/CAE, Unigraphics, MasterCam, etc. to design and produce.
4.Precision machining: CNC milling machine, drilling machine, numerical lathe,etc..
5.Process: Die casting, Deburring, Drilling holes, Tapping, CNC Machining and Assembly and Surface treatment or as per customers¡¯ needs
6.Surface finish process/Surface treatment: polishing, sand blasting, heat treatment, painting, powder coating, anodizing, electroplating, mirror polishing and tumbling, etc.
7.Production process: turning, milling, drilling, lathing, grinding, wire cutting tapping, etc.
8.Secondary surface operation: anodizing, sandblasting, powder coating,etc..
9.Products range: Mechanical parts, Furniture accessories, Lighting components, Automobile parts, Electronic equipment housing and accessories, etc.
10.Weight area: 0.001-5.000 kg (Heavier weights are available on request)
